From the ancient years, massage was for several cultures, a very important treatment for achieving balance in the body in order to run your internal organs. Lately however, the positive impact on both the body and the spirit, is now entirely appreciated by more people and its popularity is increasing as a highly effective alternative treatment.​


The massage is used as a means of rejuvenation and wellness, decrease pain, anxiety and stress, but also for purely therapeutic purposes, to soothe body aches and pains, and diseases such as arthritis and nerve problems.


Research on the therapeutic massage of the advantages and continue to show that this reduces the pressure and cardiac blood pressure, increases endorphins and the circulation of blood and lymph. & its Significance for our Health

Another research on the benefits of therapeutic massage, yielded some encouraging findings:

  • ​Showed that office workers felt less stress, increased alertness and increased performance of work, when they had regular massage sessions.​
     

  • After a few sessions of therapeutic massage, a group of cancer patients demonstrated pain reduction and stress.​
     

  • Mothers who had recently lost a child, showed reduced levels of depression after a few sessions of therapeutic massage.
